Chris is the global innovation accelerator lead for UCB Pharma where he focuses on getting ideas off of the drawing board and into the world where they can solve problems for people living with severe diseases. Among the most rewarding parts of his job is kindling a passion for human-centered design among friends and colleagues. Over his 18 year career, Chris has held various innovation, design, and user research roles including stops at Accenture, North Highland Company, and Merial.
