Join Woodrow W. Winchester, III, Professor of the Practice and Graduate Program Director, Professional Engineering Programs at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), and Liz Possee Corthell, Experience Strategist at Mad*Pow for their fireside chat. They will be discussing how organizations can use futures thinking and vision concepting today to push boundaries, experiment, and create the futures they want to live in. Through futures thinking and vision concepts, we can better understand the unintended consequences of our designs and products. This talk will provide insights and perspectives both from the realm of academia, and the realm of practice, and seeks to provide the audience with tangible examples to inspire them.
