I am a designer and strategist who advocates for people. Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, I've been calling Boston home for the last decade. I am a graduate of Bentley University, where I fell in love with psychology and information design. Since entering the field, I've worked on projects for both city and state government, higher education, associations, foundations, healthcare, financial services, B2B and B2C organizations. 

I love to lead collaborative workshops, observe, listen, analyze and interpret. I thrive when I collaborate and become beyond giddy over opportunities to delve into the human psyche. Currently, I am a Senior Experience Designer & Strategist at Mad*Pow where I continue to be fiercely fascinated by every facet of human functioning.

Over the years, I have become increasingly interested in organizational design and psychology, service design, equity design, design justice, trauma-informed design, anti-racism, and futures thinking.
