Jamie Maier is a senior UX research at 3M, supporting the Health Information Systems division. She has conducted international healthcare research with 3M’s global subsidiaries and hospitals. As a researcher, Jamie describes herself as a translator, absorbing and understanding the needs of individuals and providing the right context to other designers, developers, and the business. Her work has spanned a variety of disciplines including UX, product, packaging, healthcare education, and service design. Jamie graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BS Industrial Design before transitioning to design research and UX.
