Jess Mays is the Senior Director of Life Sciences at 2020 On-site, a Boston-based mobile vision company that has reinvented the way patients and companies receive eye care.

She has worked with leaders across 2020 On-site to build the design and implementation of all Life Science offerings, which includes working with both BioPharma and Clinical Trials customers. Jess has been working with startups for the last decade with her experience spanning client relationships and operations for research compliance software IRBNet, marketing company HubSpot, and other early to market industry disruptors. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Client Success at 2020 On-site, CozyKin, and Twenty20 and has many years of experience building lasting customer programs.
