Raymond (Ray) Lowe is the SVP/CIO for AltaMed Health Services in Los Angeles, California, which serves over 300,000 people in the Los Angeles and Orange County.

He is a skilled transformational IT leaders focusing on visionary strategic and innovative approaches to solve complex business as well as IT challenges. He is focused on a digital first strategy for transforming traditional healthcare delivery models to a quality focused real time patient centric care. He oversees all aspect of health IT including strategy, delivery and operations for technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, clinical application, operations and data reporting. Key Wins: Epic Implementation in 10 months, Patient Engagement, tele video, rapid Covid 19 response for teleworker, drive thru clinics, and delivery of AltaMed’s custom managed care solution.

Previously, he has served in leadership roles at Dignity Health, Providence Health and Services and Kaiser Permanente. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Masters in Engineering and BS in Electrical Engineering.
