Uyen is a Sr. Manager on the Product Design team at Livongo, now part of Teladoc Health. Over the last 3 years, she’s worked closely with multidisciplinary teams on the complex challenges of providing support and care for people living with chronic conditions. She’s led several efforts that explore what it means to design for the whole-person—addressing multiple dimensions of health and well-being and meeting the needs of people with different lifestyles, values, and preferences. Today, she leads the platform design team at Teladoc, focusing on creating clinically-guided, personalized support and digital tools for people to self-manage their health.

Prior to joining Livongo, Uyen had diverse experiences in design—from digital products to architecture and public art. She grew up in Minnesota, completed a BA in architecture at Yale University, immersed herself in the design-obsessed culture of Scandinavia, and is now based out of the Bay Area.
